We are seeking an experienced Payroll Accountant for our Global shared service Payroll accounting team.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities
- Handle payroll for some EPAM subsidiaries: prepare information, communicate with the HR team and external agencies, recheck the calculated payroll, and prepare SOX control files
- Analyze and reconcile payroll in all internal systems
- Deal with audit requests and participate in regular meetings with external and internal auditors
- Participate in regular process improvement activities with other teams, analyze areas for improvement, and test new changes
- Take care of ad-hoc reports and tasks by request

- Degree in economics (Finance/Accounting)
- 3+ years of working experience as a payroll specialist, payroll accountant or auditor (including payroll)
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
- English level - Intermediate or above
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
