EPAM is looking for a Partner Sales Manager to join our growing North American team. This person will support multiple emerging strategic product partnerships across our clients globally. As a key member of our team, you will lead collaborative efforts, shape go-to-market strategies and propel revenue growth through strategic channel initiatives. Responsibilities
- Foster, expand, and strengthen alliance relationships with focused partnerships on a global scale, engaging with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the relevant teams
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of the global go-to-market strategy for focused partnerships in collaboration with the relevant expert teams
- Procure, process and help close net new business. Build pipeline and generate new revenue against a quota in your territory with high potential for EPAM services; this is a key metric of your success
- Assess and understand client products, business models, and market needs to identify opportunities for collaboration
- Build compelling business cases for partnerships and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Unit leaders, sales, technical teams, and marketing departments to develop strategic marketing and growth plans, driving the creation of new pipeline opportunities and establishing credible partner status
- Establish and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner program requirements and joint business plans, including driving partner revenue
- Track accomplishments and initiate collaborative customer success stories
- Deliver yearly and quarterly plans and results to EPAM senior leadership teams conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)

- 5+ years of sales and/or alliances experience, ideally having worked with workflow automation software and/or cloud technology companies
- 7+ years of overall experience in enterprise technology and channel management
- Entrepreneurial and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Solution Integration (SI) sales environments and partner ecosystems
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, drive business development, manage pipelines, and streamline processes
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Understanding of marketing and business development initiatives
- Self-motivated individual with a track record of completing duties in a timely and effective manner
- Team player mindset with a focus on collective success
