Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, facilitating best practices and technical growth
- Manage the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-native applications built on the Azure platform
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline cloud resource deployment and automation
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure project goals are successfully met
- Drive engineering excellence and enforce high-quality standards in development practices
- Optimize the use of Azure services, staying up-to-date with technological advancements and applying them to project execution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in related roles
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET and Azure services such as Azure Functions (AZFN), Azure Container Apps (ACA), and Azure Service Bus (ASB)
- Proficiency in Angular and cloud infrastructure automation
- Knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM, or AWS CDK
- Background in Azure SQL and EventHub
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures and advanced engineering practices
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams in a collaborative environment
- Self-driven and capable of independently pushing project goals forward
- Showcase of client-focused development and solution delivery
- Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in spoken and written English (B2+)
- Experience with Bicep
