We are seeking a skilled .NET Engineering Lead to join a project for one of our key clients.
The Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Software Engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role involves tech leadership, line management, overseeing the software development lifecycle, participating in architectural decisions, and aligning technical execution with business objectives.
The position requires willingness to work on standard contract of employment and willingness to visit the EPAM office in Warsaw 1 day per week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET Engineers
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle of .NET applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement software solutions
  • Make architectural decisions and ensure scalable, robust software design
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
  • Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and technologies
  • Ensure project timelines and milestones are met

  • At least 5 years of experience in .NET development of web applications
  • Proven track record of leading and managing development teams (at least 1 year)
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or GCP)
  • Experience with microservice architecture
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
