We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Team Lead to oversee our team of QA engineers and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
In this role, you will be expected to lead by example, coordinate team activities, and effectively communicate with both the offshore and on-site teams to achieve project objectives. You will be instrumental in driving the test strategy and ensuring consistent adherence to QA processes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and adjust the Test Plan and Test Strategy based on project needs
- Coordinate the QA Team including planning, estimation, organization, control, and task prioritization
- Manage changes and risks by updating processes and handling improvements
- Create and update Jira dashboards, collect QA statistics, and conduct status reporting
- Participate in grooming, planning, retrospectives, daily standups and direct communication with customers and development managers
- Represent the offshore team in communications with the on-site team
- Conduct functional testing for e-commerce apps on desktop, mobile web, ios and Android native apps and backend
- Perform web analytics testing using Charles proxy and Adobe analytics tools

- 5+ years of QA experience
- 2+ years' experience leading QA teams of 5-8 engineers
- Proficiency in mobile testing and API/Web services testing
- Capability to define and improve Testing Strategy
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- English proficiency B2 or higher
- Reliability and self-dependence
- Stress-resistance and readiness to handle challenging project situations
- Background in e-commerce application testing
