We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Team Lead to oversee our team of QA engineers and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
In this role, you will be expected to lead by example, coordinate team activities, and effectively communicate with both the offshore and on-site teams to achieve project objectives. You will be instrumental in driving the test strategy and ensuring consistent adherence to QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust the Test Plan and Test Strategy based on project needs
• Coordinate the QA Team including planning, estimation, organization, control, and task prioritization
• Manage changes and risks by updating processes and handling improvements
• Create and update Jira dashboards, collect QA statistics, and conduct status reporting
• Participate in grooming, planning, retrospectives, daily standups and direct communication with customers and development managers
• Represent the offshore team in communications with the on-site team
• Conduct functional testing for e-commerce apps on desktop, mobile web, ios and Android native apps and backend
• Perform web analytics testing using Charles proxy and Adobe analytics tools

• 5+ years of QA experience
• 2+ years' experience leading QA teams of 5-8 engineers
• Proficiency in mobile testing and API/Web services testing
• Capability to define and improve Testing Strategy
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• English proficiency B2 or higher
• Reliability and self-dependence
• Stress-resistance and readiness to handle challenging project situations
