Modern Workplace Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Modern Workplace Architect to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing innovative workplace solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration using the latest technology.
The candidate will participate in the Modern Workplace competency and the Microsoft 365 practice, supporting pre-sales, consultancy, and delivery. The Modern Workplace Architect will guide customers in implementing, migrating, integrating, and optimizing Microsoft 365 deployments, while also serving as a mentor and expert consultant to peers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with account teams, areas of practice, value streams, vendors, and clients
• Integrate modern workplace solutions while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Manage stakeholder expectations and priorities while promoting solution designs to the customer
• Help promote Modern Workplace competency and capabilities across the organization
• Align IT strategy with the organization's mission and design an information technology roadmap
• Conduct regular meetings with client managers and development teams to coordinate ongoing activities
• Work under tight deadlines, optimize and refactor solutions, and demonstrate a can-do attitude

• Extensive knowledge and expertise in the entirety of the Microsoft 365 solution stack
• Experience in architecture and deployment within the Microsoft 365 platform
• Solid understanding and proven experience with integration and platform interoperability between Microsoft 365 and third-party applications and services
• Strong client-centric approach and ability to align technology solutions with business goals
• Proven track record of leading technical vision to success
• Ability to balance business requirements with technical constraints
• English level B2+ for effective communication
