We are seeking a Middle Service Desk Support Engineer to join our team.
This role involves providing user support, troubleshooting technical issues, responding to Jira tickets, and assisting users via Slack or phone calls. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in desktop and network troubleshooting within both Windows and Mac environments.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Provide user support, issue resolution, and troubleshooting via Jira tickets, Slack, or phone calls
- Address incident troubleshooting and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain and revise desktop documentation
- Support video conferencing solutions and manage conference room setups
- Administer backup and recovery software for desktops
- Maintain and support custom desktops

- At least 2 years in a Service Desk or IT support role
- Proficiency in help desk ticketing systems (JIRA Service Desk is preferred)
- Solid understanding of desktop components and architecture
- Knowledge of remote support tools (e.g., Dameware)
- Background in troubleshooting network issues (LAN, WAN, wireless)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP routing, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPO in desktop environments
- Proficiency in Windows 7, 10, and Mac OS
- Knowledge of software deployment tools
- Basic understanding of A/V hardware and video conferencing solutions
- Capability to prioritize and resolve issues independently and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- B2+ level of English proficiency
- Background in identity management (Active Directory & Okta)
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Competency in scripting (PowerShell, shell scripting, or Python)
- Experience in supporting Atlassian suite products (JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Service Desk)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Perforce)
- Background in Windows Server 2008/2012
