We are seeking a skilled Middle SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant to join our IT team.
In this role, the consultant will lead the configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of SAP VIM solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP Vendor Invoice Management, proficiency in Accounts Payable processes, and a robust background in successfully implementing SAP VIM projects.

• Resolve VIM tickets and change requests
• Lead SAP support projects with strong experience
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to align SAP VIM functionalities with their requirements
• Customize and optimize features such as invoice capture, data extraction, workflow approval, and reporting to maximize system efficiency
• Facilitate integration of SAP VIM with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and other related systems
• Conduct system testing, identify issues, and ensure efficient function of the SAP VIM system
• Provide support and training to end-users to enhance their proficiency in using SAP VIM features
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to propose and implement system upgrades
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for SAP VIM

• 6+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years focused on VIM
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP VIM functionalities
• Strong understanding of vendor invoice management processes and best practices in managing accounts payable
• Proven problem-solving skills and capability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Experience with integration of SAP VIM with other SAP modules and third-party systems
• SAP VIM certification is highly preferred

• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Recent involvement in large-scale SAP VIM projects
• Continuous education or certifications in related fields
