- Design, develop and maintain Python applications
- Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, modifications, and unit testing of applications
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure applications are current and competitive
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in developing Python applications
- Expertise in designing and developing frameworks using Python
- Background in using common stacks, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB
- Knowledge of web servers like Apache and container technology including Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Competency in DevOps platforms like GitLab
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to debug complex technical issues
- Familiarity with the FX industry would be considered an advantage
- Experience with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform
- Skills in Kubernetes, Jenkins
- Familiarity with Linux, PagerDuty, Terraform, Uptrends
