We are seeking a Middle Production Support Data Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting the data accuracy and completeness within our enterprise data warehouse. The ideal candidate will collaborate with both business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure the integrity and performance of the data warehouse, which measures performance across all aspects of our organization's operations.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze and resolve data issues within the data warehouse
- Gather additional application data elements through source-to-target mapping documents
- Input mapping documents from source systems into the data warehouse
- Work closely with the ETL team to ensure mapping documents adhere to correct ETL code
- Align ETL code with source-to-target mapping requirements
- Perform data validation to ensure accurate data movement within the data warehouse architecture
- Consult with reporting teams to address any variances between the data warehouse and source system applications

- Proven 2+ years' experience in data analysis within an enterprise data warehouse environment
- 2+ years of experience with Policy & Claims Insurance
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, ETL frameworks, and BI architectures
- Capability to create and tune Semantic layer Reporting Views
- Experience facilitating data discovery sessions with business subject-matter experts
- Understanding of RDBMS platforms such as SQL Server and DB2, including generating DDL
- Familiarity with Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-RI, and SAP FS-CD applications
- Strong interpersonal skills, capability for effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
