In this position, you will collaborate closely with a client-side team, including a Product Owner and Technical Lead, to design, develop, test, and deliver scalable and reliable features using a diverse tech stack, which includes .NET Core, C#, Vue.js, ReactJS, Python, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and DocumentDB. This role also involves optimizing application performance in the AWS environment.

Responsibilities
- Implement Customer Specific Keys (CSK) functionality across multiple applications
- Manage secure keys using AWS services like AWS Secrets Manager while ensuring automatic key rotation
- Ensure sensitive client data is securely stored, retrieved, and encrypted within applications
- Follow security protocols and compliance standards aligned with industry best practices
- Analyze existing applications to successfully integrate CSK solutions
- Streamline and refactor codebases to improve scalability and overall performance
- Optimize data modeling and reduce database query complexity for greater efficiency
- Tackle challenges and guarantee seamless integration and top performance within the AWS ecosystem
- Build robust logging and traceability systems using appropriate tools and frameworks
- Incorporate microservices architecture principles and deploy AI-driven tools for code optimization
- Adhere to strict security and compliance requirements during migration processes
- Coordinate with client-side teams to ensure alignment and project success
- 2+ years of experience in .NET and .NET Core development
- Knowledge of back-end development with a focus on modular, maintainable, and testable code
- Competency in relational databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DocumentDB), including schema design, query optimization, and configuration management
- Showcase of CSK solution design and implementation, including secure key storage, retrieval, and rotation policies
- Familiarity with AWS services, including Lambda, Fargate, and SQS
- Expertise in logging, observability, and traceability features within .NET applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, both spoken and written
- Skills in designing and implementing CSK solutions
- Familiarity with AWS Secrets Manager, understanding key rotation and related security best practices
- Background in collaborating directly with client-side teams
- Understanding of product ecosystems involving multiple applications built on varied tech stacks
- Proficiency in Python development
