Middle Full Stack Developer (Java/ReactJS)

We are looking for a highly competent Middle Full Stack Developer specializing in Java and ReactJS to join our energetic team. As part of our mission, you'll contribute to redefining search and recommendation experiences within our multi-brand platform, focusing on delivering personalized and efficient results that benefit all stakeholders. This role involves collaborating closely across teams and regions to create intuitive product discovery and effective merchandising for buyers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Refine business requirements for product enhancements
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable product solutions
• Develop unit, automation, and integration tests to verify the quality of features
• Collaborate with various teams across organizational and geographical boundaries
• Participate in design and code review sessions to maintain code and design quality
• Continuously seek new skills to improve both personal and team performance
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences

• 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying enterprise web applications primarily using Java
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies such as JavaScript and React; familiarity with Node.js is also crucial
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
• Competency in supporting application infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Understanding of engineering principles to optimize existing systems including leading defined projects
• Excellent command of English (B2+ level), both written and spoken, with a strong emphasis on technical communication skills

• Flexibility to use additional front-end technologies
• Background in optimizing application performance
• Expertise in incremental software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum
