We are seeking a dedicated Middle Enterprise IT Operations Support Engineer to join our IT department.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 support and operations for our enterprise IT infrastructure. The primary objective will be to ensure stable and efficient IT systems through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and effective problem resolution.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Administer patching and software deployment using SCCM and Intune
- Monitor Windows-based systems and manage SCOM
- Develop and execute scripts using PowerShell
- Provide network administration and perform troubleshooting tasks
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting of IT systems and operations
- Work independently on high-level tasks without specific instructions
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Demonstrate proficiency in Windows administration

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable expertise in using SCCM and Intune for patching and software deployment
- Experience monitoring Windows-based systems with a practical understanding of SCOM
- Scripting skills, specifically in PowerShell
- Strong background in Windows administration
- Basic competency in network troubleshooting and administration
- Advanced troubleshooting capabilities
- Flexibility to work autonomously on high-level tasks
- Good communication skills
- B1+ level in English
- Background as an MS Systems Engineer with knowledge of Azure infrastructure
- Competency in virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, VMWare, or Failover clustering
- Familiarity with additional MS System Center tools including SCOM, SCCM, SCO, SC HVMM
- Understanding of Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange
- Proficiency in writing technical documentation in English
- Work on a flexible schedule remotely or from any of our comfortable offices or coworking spaces in Ukraine
