Middle Data Business Analyst

We are looking for a talented Middle Data Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be working with raw data ingested into our enterprise Data Lake, focusing on transforming business requirements into data-driven solutions. The role demands strong communication skills and a deep understanding of data technologies, especially in the Azure ecosystem. Your contributions will help shape the way our team processes and analyzes large datasets to drive business insights and value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop mappings and workflows for data ingestion from various sources into the Data Lake
• Support the Data Engineering team in ensuring data quality, consistency, and integration
• Perform BI analysis and work with data visualization tools to support decision-making
• Assist in the creation of data governance processes and ensure data integrity across systems
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on data requirements
• Provide ongoing support for data-related projects, ensuring the success of deliverables

• 2+ years of experience in a Data Business Analyst or data-driven role
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly related to data solutions
• Working knowledge of SQL and data types
• Familiarity with data ingestion frameworks and data integration best practices
• Solid understanding of Data Governance principles and data ownership practices
• Good understanding of BI analysis and data reporting tools
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and business teams
• B2+ English level or higher, with the ability to engage in discussions with international teams
