We are on the lookout for a proactive Middle Business Analyst with expertise in Supply Chain to enhance our remote team. This role involves extensive collaboration with business stakeholders, local and regional IT departments, and multiple software vendors to craft customized solutions that address the unique challenges within the supply chain and logistics areas.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough identification, analysis, definition, and documentation of detailed requirements that align with both project and business goals in the Supply Chain & Logistics sectors
- Create functional and technical specifications based on initial business requirements
- Facilitate user support during functional acceptance testing and aid in the deployment of updates for new or revised applications to ensure smooth project execution
- Participate in the design and implementation processes of retail and Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions
- Liaise with internal business and technical teams to consolidate and finalize requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering both support and administrative management in relevant functional areas throughout and following the project lifecycle
- Provide functional and technical support to ensure the efficient operation of systems, and lead training initiatives for end-users to facilitate effective change management in conjunction with Regional IT

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, specifically within Supply Chain Management
- Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships, with strong capabilities in communication and negotiation
- Adept at documenting BA artifacts, ensuring the clarity and precision of process and requirement documentation
- Experienced in orchestrating business analysis activities to meet project schedules and objectives
- Skilled in the management and maintenance of business analysis information, ensuring both accuracy and accessibility
- Fluent in English, maintaining a B2 level proficiency or higher
- Experience with sophisticated data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of ERP systems, with a particular focus on those used in supply chain management
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate in a multicultural setting, enhancing team communication and coordination
