We are seeking a Middle Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will harness the power of automation to enhance testing processes and ensure the highest quality of software delivery. You will be pivotal in optimizing testing strategies and implementing robust testing solutions to support complex business requirements. With a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, your contributions will directly impact the success of our projects. Working hours are until 18pm CET.

Responsibilities
- Utilize automation, particularly within the Python framework, to streamline testing processes
- Provide timely updates to the Lead and Delivery Manager regarding project status and milestones
- Engage in the full cycle of Quality Engineering activities, including reviewing and understanding user stories with a focus on business processes and comprehensive testing
- Develop detailed test cases and scenarios to cover various testing needs
- Adhere to established standards and procedures throughout the testing process
- Review test cases created by peers, offering constructive feedback to enhance quality
- Upload and maintain test cases in the central test repository for accessibility and organization
- Execute tests efficiently, accurately logging any defects found
- Present demonstrations at the conclusion of sprints to showcase testing outcomes and findings

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automated Tester, specifically using Python
- Proficient in defect management to ensure effective tracking and resolution of issues
- Experience in Healthcare Payer systems, understanding the nuances of medical claims processing
- Familiarity with provider management systems within healthcare contexts
- Skilled in developing comprehensive test cases to cover various scenarios
- Capable of providing accurate test estimations to assist in project planning
- Fluent in English with communication skills at a B2 level or higher
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to leverage cloud capabilities in testing environments
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to enhance software deployment processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, contributing effectively to team sprints and deliverables
