Responsibilities
  • Validate, analyze, and oversee large scale incidents
  • Observe and maintain the health of applications and/or services at the first level of IT
  • Establish effective communication with varied stakeholders
  • Spearhead and guide daily management discussions
  • Oversee and adhere to compliance with assigned tasks
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a User Support role
  • Familiarity with the company's internal systems and applications including STL, PDC, PEC, ORION, SGT, TIENDA
  • Competency in IT tools such as SMAX, Dynatrace, SQL/PL, Kibana
  • Background in interacting with groups, offering visibility and reporting on tasks impacting Call Center or Client operations
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to think and implement tasks efficiently

  • Background in Issue Management
