Responsibilities
- Validate, analyze, and oversee large scale incidents
- Observe and maintain the health of applications and/or services at the first level of IT
- Establish effective communication with varied stakeholders
- Spearhead and guide daily management discussions
- Oversee and adhere to compliance with assigned tasks
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a User Support role
- Familiarity with the company's internal systems and applications including STL, PDC, PEC, ORION, SGT, TIENDA
- Competency in IT tools such as SMAX, Dynatrace, SQL/PL, Kibana
- Background in interacting with groups, offering visibility and reporting on tasks impacting Call Center or Client operations
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to think and implement tasks efficiently
- Background in Issue Management
