Our team is looking for a Marketing Operations Support Specialist to support our growing consumer-focused programs. You will be responsible for building and implementing new and existing campaigns with A/B testing across email, app, and web notification platforms. We seek a dedicated team player driven to innovate, test, and optimize results in a fast-paced, agile marketing environment.

Responsibilities
- Modify content and make copy changes to support A/B testing or new creative launches
- Create new messages from existing email and app templates
- Extensive knowledge of personalization and aligning to consumer behavior
- Execute tests that support key hypotheses; deliver reporting to the team for further analysis
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to execute campaigns
- Pull and compile campaign reporting accurately for consumer engagement campaigns
- Knowledge of liquid code and how to personalize communications

- 5+ years of professional experience working with marketing automation platforms
- Strong computer skills; proficient with spreadsheets and creating slide decks
- Technically savvy with a strong ability to edit any/all HTML and extensive responsive coding ability
- Experience with an email and/or app notification platform, specifically campaign setup, list segmentation, personalization, and automation
- Action-oriented and able to act intuitively while following established processes
- Bachelor's degree
- B2+ English level
- Knowledge of Cordial and Braze platforms
