Working with a global pharmaceutical client you will be primarily delivering omnichannel marketing activities. On this project, you will be the main liaison between client and each delivery teams, overseeing the planning, quality and execution of global campaigns. Occasional travel to client site is required so the ideal candidate will be based in Greater London.

Responsibilities
- Building and managing client relationships, as well as external client partners and vendors
- Manage campaign briefs, requirement gathering and interpretation to EPAM and client technical teams across multiple global locations
- Prioritization and coordinating the delivery of omnichannel personalized global marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery
- Resource monitoring ensuring client delivery needs are supported to meet deadlines; client expectation management with ability to say no when required
- Deliver campaign analysis and reports when required
- Schedule and moderate client and internal team meetings
- Serve as primary level of trouble shooting for client issues
- Participate in new business activities as and when required

- Extensive client relationship management experience across enterprise clients and their hierarchies
- Strong communication and presentation skills for communicating technical and non-technical concepts to internal and client stakeholders
- Strong background in marketing campaign delivery across omni/multi-channel campaigns
- Knowledge of email and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable MarTech applications
- Understanding key marketing campaign metrics and KPIs
- Experience of analysing marketing data
- Strong project management skills with ability to work to deadlines and prioritise
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or other related area or equivalent experience
- Experience managing campaigns for the Pharmaceutical industry
