We are seeking a Maintenance & Support Technical Lead to join our team.
In this role, you will play an essential part in overseeing the resolution of application and platform incidents for our clients. Your strong leadership skills and technical expertise will be vital to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution. Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 level 2 application support for various applications
- Monitor applications and respond to alerts from monitoring systems
- Resolve incidents, identify problems, implement workarounds, and perform root cause analysis
- Participate in Major Incident Handling calls
- Lead and mentor junior support engineers, offering guidance and support as necessary
- Ensure effective incident management and problem management processes are followed
- Collaborate with team members to adapt to client needs and directives
- Stay motivated and take initiative to exceed expectations
- Work shifts, including weekends and holidays, with compensatory days off when needed
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team to enhance service delivery

- 5+ years of experience in application support with a focus on application monitoring tools
- Leadership experience in mentoring and guiding team members
- Strong background in troubleshooting and investigative skills
- Proficiency in SQL and log management and analysis
- Knowledge of Automation Using Scripting and Programming Languages
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and incident management processes
- Understanding of basic networking concepts, such as TCP/IP and load balancing
- Solid experience in using New Relic or similar monitoring tools
- Ability to read and interpret source code in various programming languages
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Certification in Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with RedHat Satellite
- Experience with REST API
- Background in TIBCO
- Understanding of Kubernetes
