Responsibilities
- Capture user needs and partner requirements through diligent research
- Rapidly prototype design solutions and validate them with users
- Deliver detailed wireframes, clickable prototypes, and specifications to implementation teams
- Seek feedback proactively from senior designers to refine and enhance your designs
- Uphold the high quality of our software by adhering to and promoting our design standards
- Collaborate within the UX team to refine and advance our practices
- Work autonomously and efficiently, paired with a positive demeanor
- 5+ years of UX design experience, with a focus on developing and refining software design for digital products and platforms
- BFA degree in HCI or related field
- Proficiency in user research and understanding of user needs
- Expertise in interaction design and experience crafting detailed wireframes and prototypes
- Skills in balancing design requirements of a diverse, multi-faceted user base
- Proficiency in collaborating with both product owners and engineering teams to bring designs to life
