Responsibilities
  • Capture user needs and partner requirements through diligent research
  • Rapidly prototype design solutions and validate them with users
  • Deliver detailed wireframes, clickable prototypes, and specifications to implementation teams
  • Seek feedback proactively from senior designers to refine and enhance your designs
  • Uphold the high quality of our software by adhering to and promoting our design standards
  • Collaborate within the UX team to refine and advance our practices
  • Work autonomously and efficiently, paired with a positive demeanor
Requirements
  • 5+ years of UX design experience, with a focus on developing and refining software design for digital products and platforms
  • BFA degree in HCI or related field
  • Proficiency in user research and understanding of user needs
  • Expertise in interaction design and experience crafting detailed wireframes and prototypes
  • Skills in balancing design requirements of a diverse, multi-faceted user base
  • Proficiency in collaborating with both product owners and engineering teams to bring designs to life
