As a Lead Designer at EPAM you will be responsible for the conception, design and execution of visuals to be used in creative campaigns for our clients. You'll help lift our design output to a new level, continuously learning and evolving in the area of UI, digital design, branding, visual storytelling and graphic design.

Responsibilities
- Translate stories into compelling visual narratives and generate graphic concepts based on project requirements
- Work autonomously while effectively collaborating with multiple designers and share work with colleagues to foster collaboration
- Present client and agency work aligning with brand requirements and maintain brand design across various platforms
- Create moodboards, design web assets, illustrations, logos, compose images and other creative materials
- Understand and manage design project schedules, study briefs, identify constraints and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts, establish design guidelines and present creative ideas for feedback
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, creative directors, product management and engineering teams to produce final designs and create innovative visual solutions for products

- At least 5 years' experience with proven UI and graphic design demonstrated in a portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Illustrator), Figma and PowerPoint
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and attention to aesthetics and details
- An understanding of creative design, layout and an innovative approach to advertising
- Strong skills in building creative and unique ideas and adapting them to suit client expectations
- Ability to design engaging visuals and interactivity for websites and mobile applications
- Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines and solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
