This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 10+ middle and senior-level C++ developers working on test automation tasks
  • Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test automation strategies and processes across multiple platforms
  • Ensure the team implements best practices in test automation, continuously improving test efficiency and coverage
  • Work closely with customer representatives to understand their requirements and resolve any conflict situations
  • Take full responsibility for staffing needs, including working with Talent Acquisition to recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of test automation within the CI/CD pipeline
  • Manage the implementation and configuration of test automation tools in various domains
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in test automation and software development and apply this knowledge to enhance the team's output
Requirements
  • Proficiency in C++ at a middle-level developer's expertise
  • Strong understanding of Unreal Engine at the level of a gamedev user
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 10+ people
  • Excellent knowledge of test automation processes and practices
  • Experience with at least one key test automation tool in UI, service layer, and unit testing
  • Experience in both desktop and mobile automation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflict situations
  • Experience in setting up and establishing test automation from the ground up
  • Solid experience in white-box test automation
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to take full responsibility for test automation staffing
Nice to have
  • Prior experience as a developer
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine's test automation subsystem
  • Proven track record in conducting up-sales
