Responsibilities

Implement and enhance test plans and strategies
Lead and mentor the automation team
Manage and optimize Test Automation Frameworks
Conduct Integration Testing, API Testing, UI Testing, and oversee CI/CD processes
Design, create, and maintain test suites and test cases
Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues
Design and participate in daily coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting
Engage in Test Automation Framework (TAF) design and optimization
Lead testing process definitions and improvements
Communicate with clients and stakeholders
Mentor staff at lower seniority levels

Competency in Java with extensive experience
Proficiency in Selenium
Background in managing frameworks associated with Integration, API, UI Testing, and CI/CD
Experience in test methodologies, writing test plans/strategies
Skills in debugging and troubleshooting
Hands-on testing skills from setup to test execution reporting
Flexibility to work without supervision and be a self-learner
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Capability to provide daily leadership and team guidance

Nice to have

Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
Understanding of Kubernetes and Linux
Familiarity with DevOps/SysAdmin practices
