Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to develop and author content for user support articles and learning experiences
- Author content for knowledge base sites, video scripts, and training materials
- Create learning products and utilize authoring tools to produce effective instructional assets (e.g., eLearning modules, online courses, facilitator guides, instructional decks)
- Guarantee all deliverables and products are meticulously written, edited, and proofread
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and seek continual process enhancements
- Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs, alongside internal EPAM teams and colleagues throughout the development process
- Cultivate strong connections with client stakeholders and internal teams to utilize tools and resources
- Collaborate with clients to refine, edit, and revamp legacy content and spot new content creation opportunities
- Oversee projects through every stage of the life cycle, including initiation, design, development, implementation, and closure
- Assume full responsibility for project delivery and oversee stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions are of premium quality

- 5+ years of experience across multiple channels (help center, knowledge base, technical, scripts, web content, video, instructional design)
- Proficient English communication skills at a C1 level
- Flexibility to process, analyze, and restructure large information volumes
- History of writing technical content for Knowledge Bases, Help Centers, and user support
- Capability to use light HTML5
- Writer able to make technical or conceptual content engaging
- Understanding of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to ADDIE model, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences
- Good eye for visual design paired with experience design insight
- Proficiency in both independent work and teamwork
- Proven reliability, responsiveness, and client-focused approach
- Competency in managing a fast-paced work environment while efficiently handling and prioritizing multiple projects
