We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our team and take on a central role in the development of our Software Development Kit (SDK). This role demands a solid background in technical writing, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work closely with engineering, product, and support teams. Your contributions will directly support the growth and success of the LIFT platform by delivering precise, user-focused documentation that meets organizational and customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Create and update API and SDK documentation as well as other technical resources for the LIFT platform
- Work collaboratively with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure content is accurate, clear, and aligns with organizational goals
- Draft, structure, and refine technical and process documentation to support software updates and releases
- Produce user-oriented materials to facilitate the adoption and utilization of new tools and features
- Conduct research and gather necessary information to develop or revise policies, procedures, and forms
- Review and improve content created by team members to ensure consistency and high quality
- Recommend and implement innovative strategies to optimize workflows and content development processes
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to guarantee thorough coverage of technical topics
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the LIFT platform through effective and reliable documentation

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a comparable role within the software industry
- At least one year of experience managing or leading teams
- Comprehensive understanding of software development processes, tools, and methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for API and SDK documentation
- Proficiency in using tools and software for technical content creation
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
- Experience with programming languages and a strong grasp of software development fundamentals
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and related services
- Skill in breaking down complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
