We are actively seeking an experienced Lead Support Analyst to enhance our team in Lisbon.
This position serves as a critical bridge between our clients and overseas teams, fostering effective communication, gathering client needs, and overseeing project management.

Responsibilities
- Act as the central liaison for interactions between the client and our remote team
- Engage in requirement collection from clients, resolving queries, and ensuring client expectations are met
- Regularly communicate updates on project progress, significant milestones, and essential outputs
- Coordinate effectively with remote team members
- Address and resolve complex support issues within Level 2 and Level 3 scopes
- Refine and improve SQL queries and scripts for effective data manipulation and extraction
- Design and apply ETL procedures for streamlining data integration and workflow management
- Record all activities comprehensively and keep accurate system issue and resolution files
- Spearhead initiatives aimed at boosting support services and operational productivity

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years in support analyst capacity
- Over 1 year in a relevant leadership position
- Proficiency in handling Level 2 and Level 3 support challenges
- Proficiency with PLSQL
- Familiarity with ETL frameworks and methods
- Capability to tackle complex problems and manage several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
- Qualifications demonstrating effective performance in both autonomous and team environments
- Microsoft Azure experience
