Responsibilities
- Technical Lead for Payment Systems team part of the top strategic initiative
- We are looking for a proactive and talented Technical Lead to deliver new features for Payment Systems strategic projects
- Technical lead acts as face of the team - should be engineer in the past with hands on experience with Payment systems
- Should be able to drive the engineering excellence/code quality/build and lead the teams
- Ensure functional code with good security, code quality meeting accessibility compliance. Ensure each delivery is meeting performance and availability SLAs
- Team Leadership: inspire and motivate the team, situational leadership, conflict management
- Development: architectural and technical design in compliance with client organization requirements implement best engineering practices within the team

- Experienced technical delivery leadership
