We are seeking a skilled Lead Software Engineer specializing in TIBCO to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing TIBCO applications while collaborating closely with both internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration solutions.

• Clarify requirements by engaging with internal and external teams
• Develop integration solutions using TIBCO based on provided templates
• Utilize Jenkins to create new Continuous Integration (CI) jobs by reusing activities from the client
• Deploy applications consistently across various environments, including production
• Collaborate with various teams to secure necessary resources such as topics, accesses, certificates, folders, and endpoints
• Give support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Investigate and address any arising issues
• Compile and maintain technical documentation including technical specifications and deployment plans
• Frequently communicate directly with customers

• 9 to 13 years of strong understanding of integration platforms and patterns
• Knowledge of TIBCO BWCE or BW6
• Familiarity with Kafka
• Proficiency in developing and deploying integration solutions on integration platforms
• Skills in using Jenkins for creating CI jobs
• Capability to manage deployments across multiple environments
• Strong understanding of integration patterns
• Background in engaging with teams to secure resources for projects
• Competency in technical documentation preparation
• Excellent communication skills for handling direct client interaction

• Experience in leading a team of engineers
• Background in Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployments
