Lead Software Engineer (ReactJS and Go Language)

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our gaming client's team.
This role will focus on leading the development and maintaining sophisticated software solutions using ReactJS and Go Language. As a Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of skilled developers and engineers to craft new features, enhance existing functionality, and integrate with third-party services.
This fully remote position demands not only technical expertise but also leadership skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects. The Lead Software Engineer must be a fluent English speaker at a B2+ level and available for customer and project interviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of robust software solutions with ReactJS and Go Language
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, enhancing overall productivity and efficiency
• Take ownership of enhancing current software features while innovating new ones
• Oversee and execute integrations with external third-party services
• Lead the writing and maintenance of tests in ReactJS/TypeScript
• Actively participate in and lead customer and project interviews
• Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the development process

• 5+ years of experience in web development
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Proficiency in Go Language
• Advanced knowledge of ReactJS
• Expert skills in TypeScript
• Experience with Docker and managing containerized applications
• Extensive experience in writing tests in ReactJS/TypeScript
• Fluent English language proficiency at a B2+ level

• Familiarity with AWS Lambda, AWS Simple Queue Service, and AWS Simple Storage Service
• Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and Elasticsearch
• Proficiency in HashiCorp Vault, Redis, and SQL
• Experience leading and managing technical teams and projects
