We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Software Engineer specializing in MuleSoft to play a key role in driving integration projects, ensuring high-quality solutions, and inspiring innovation within a collaborative agile environment. Responsibilities
  • Work closely with client stakeholders and provide a high-quality service in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide supporttothedelivery squadwith scoping and estimation
  • Develop, configure,test, and support the MuleSoft API & Integration applications that meet the client needs
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset alongside API & integration best practices, implement re-usable patterns, and help drive innovation and refinement
  • Follow and enforcecoding standards and conventions and perform code reviews constructively
  • Ensurequality ofdeliveryby performingcomprehensiveunit testing and integration testing and adopting testing automation
  • Collaborate in an Agile organization and participate in Agile ceremonies and adopt Agile software development methodologies
Requirements
  • Work experience inintegrationtechnology with general experience of 8.5 -12 years
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and its components like MuleSoft Runtime, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, and Design Center
  • MuleSoft Developer Certification (Mule 4)Level 1 & Level 2
  • Good understanding of Integration best practices and related design patterns
  • Considerable experience with RESTful APIs and microservice architectures
  • Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting of reusable transformations in DataWeave 2.0
  • Good understanding and working experience with connectors like database, file, web service, object store as well as messaging (JMS, Kafka, AMQP, SNS/SQS), and enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, Workday)
  • Strong SaaS MuleSoft integration patterns: REST APIs, asynchronous integration (webhook/platform events with message/event broker), batch integration
  • Working experience withSQL and NoSQL databases
  • Working experience with synchronous and asynchronous services
  • Open-mindedapproach todynamic,emerging requirements and willingness tocontribute and continuously improve
  • Strongverbal communication skillstocomfortablyparticipate intechnical workshops with the client
  • Abilityto proactively identifyprojectrisksand provide mitigationoptions
  • Abilityand willingnesstowork within and support the team
Nice to have
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs/integration
  • Skills in designing API specifications using RAML or OAS
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes/Runtime Fabric (RTF)
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks
  • Implementation expertise in CI/CD concepts and DevOps tool automation (e.g., Git, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, etc.)
  • Understanding of SOAP Web Services and XML/XSLT transformations
