We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Java Full Stack and ReactJS to join our dynamic team.

As a Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable, high-performance end-user applications. Your expertise in Java, ReactJS, Microservices, and problem-solving will be key to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new software products and enhance existing solutions to address specific business needs
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to support day-to-day development tasks
  • Perform comprehensive code reviews, ensuring alignment with quality standards and best practices
  • Provide timely updates and insights to stakeholders across departments
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of expertise in Java 8, ReactJS, Spring Boot, and SQL
  • Advanced understanding of design patterns, threading, unit testing, and debugging
  • Familiarity with web/application servers like JBoss and Apache Tomcat
  • Background in tools such as Maven, JUnit, Sonar, Dynatrace, GIT, Rally/Jira, and CI/CD frameworks (Jenkins/Bamboo)
  • Competency in cloud-based hosting platforms, particularly Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
  • Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
