Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Dynamics Code
  • Implement quick prototypes
  • Unit testing, performance testing
  • Conduct code reviews
  • Follow practices: code review, unit testing, CI, and other best practices
  • Participate in SCRUM ceremonies
  • Participate in estimation and planning sessions
  • Mentor other developers and collaborate with peers
  • Work with stakeholders including the Product, Enablement, and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their Data infrastructure needs
  • Need to Work from client Office 3 days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu) in Malvern PA
  • Working on VG infrastructure (laptop, system) and follow client security procedures
  • Working hours: US General Shift

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar; Master's degree in Computer Science
  • 5+ years of experience designing, and developing applications in D365
  • Experience in Cloud engineering and Integration
  • Experience in working in a SCRUM team and Agile methodology
  • Ability to analyze legacy application
  • Attention to detail
  • Hands-on technology leadership preferably D365 and experience with most of the technologies listed below
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Should be able to provide oversight to Developers
  • The candidate MUST be a good collaborator with a strong design concept, AWS cloud knowledge, and a strong hands-on Developer
  • STRONG analysis skills for existing code and STRONG impact assessment skills
  • Power Automate, Dynamicss365, PowerApps, Custom pages, Model Driven Apps
  • TCode Quality and Accessibility - SonarQube, Cypress, Axe, Cucumber
  • SRE: Splunk, CloudWatch, Honeycomb, Bamboo, GitHub
  • Integration knowledge is good to have for Siteminder, Auth0, JWT, Kong Proxy
