We are inviting a seasoned Lead Sitecore Developer to become a key member of our team. This crucial position entails leading a project centered on asset management, which includes handling intricate integrations, managing dependencies with third parties, ensuring smooth transitions and system implementations, tackling issues related to performance and scalability, and navigating the complexities of content creation and governance within Sitecore.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise sophisticated integrations and oversee third-party dependencies related to the asset management project
  • Facilitate flawless migration and effective implementation within the Sitecore framework
  • Find an equilibrium between customization needs and maintainability to devise enduring solutions
  • Troubleshoot and rectify issues concerning performance and scalability in Sitecore
  • Address and surmount obstacles related to content creation and governance in the Sitecore ecosystem
  • Utilize the comprehensive features of Sitecore to fulfill and surpass client expectations
  • Modify and refine strategies to accommodate changing client needs and project dynamics
  • Direct and collaborate with a diverse team of 6 to 10 members
  • Consistently communicate with client managers and the development team to ensure project coherence
  • Handle multiple responsibilities and meet stringent deadlines to achieve top-quality outcomes

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Sitecore development
  • At least one year in a leadership role with team management responsibilities
  • Proficiency in the .NET Framework
  • Expertise in implementing Sitecore Headless configurations
  • Competence in jQuery
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of robust interactions with client managers and the development team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
  • A dynamic and flexible approach, ready to adapt to changing situations
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Proficiency with Sitecore Experience Manager
  • Understanding of Sitecore Personalization strategies
  • Acquaintance with cloud technologies and their integration into Sitecore solutions
