Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

We are seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in DevOps to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform and troubleshooting. They will also have familiarity with Ansible and GitHub Actions.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective CI/CD pipelines
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as a code using Kubernetes, Terraform, and other relevant technologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to deployment, integration, or infrastructure
  • Ensure high availability and performance of the CI/CD landscape
  • Work with various stakeholders to deliver efficient and reliable tools and services
  • Assistance in timely resolution of high priority issues, which cannot be resolved by 2nd level of support. This might require work out of service hours and would be compensated separatly

  • Strong experience in DevOps, with a focus on CI/CD
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues
  • B2+ written and spoken English
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Ansible and GitHub Actions
