We are seeking a Lead Siemens Workflow Canvas Engineer.
You will work with Siemens Workflow Canvas to create innovative applications. This role involves leveraging your expertise in Business Process Management to streamline workflows and support internal resources in building effective solutions. Responsibilities

  • Design applications utilizing Siemens Workflow Canvas
  • Utilize the UI Builder to create visualizations and dashboards
  • Implement workflow automation and enable data transformation processes
  • Execute Python scripts for advanced data analytics and processing
  • Integrate pre-built machine learning models into business workflows
  • Support the rapid development of MVPs across diverse datasets
  • Assist users in adapting data pipelines and workflows to unique requirements
  • Provide guidance to internal resources for application deployment processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements
  • Perform testing and validation of developed applications
  • Offer ongoing support and make necessary improvements to existing workflows
  • Document processes thoroughly while maintaining best practices

  • Experience in Business Process Management development with Siemens Workflow Canvas
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in BPM-related projects
  • 1+ years of proven leadership experience in similar roles
  • Proficiency in Python programming language
  • Background in low-code and no-code platform development
  • Knowledge of data analysis methodologies and CRUD operations
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and their application
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
