We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP S/4HANA Business Systems Analyst specializing in the BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) and SD domains to join our ERP Integrations group.
In this role, you will lead and oversee bridging business requirements and technical solutions by developing, configuring, and supporting indirect tax integrations with SAP. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, consulting partners, customers, and prospects, you will guide integration strategies, establish best practices, and deliver innovative solutions across S/4HANA On-premise and Cloud environments. In addition to your technical expertise, you will mentor team members, set priorities, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Functional Consultants, Developers, Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Support, to oversee and improve integration processes
- Analyze existing SAP integrations and business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization or enhancement while driving alignment with organizational priorities
- Leverage SAP domain expertise to lead, oversee, and support the development of end-to-end tax integration solutions across BRIM/SD, FI-CA, and other related modules
- Conduct feasibility analysis for SAP module integrations and lead the creation of integration design and implementation strategies
- Own and prepare high-quality Functional Specification documents, use cases, and solution presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Drive product development in partnership with Development, QA, and Documentation teams, ensuring the successful execution of delivery lifecycles
- Establish standards for creating end-user documentation, process flows, and technical diagrams to guide customers, partners, and internal teams
- Perform and oversee SAP application configuration within BRIM/SD and FI-CA modules while ensuring integration excellence
- Foster and lead cross-departmental collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Partner Relations teams
- Serve as a key technical escalation point for product rollouts, implementations, and 2nd-level support, ensuring high-quality issue resolution
- Provide advanced training, mentorship, and expertise to Professional Services, Customer Support, and integration partners
- Act as a SME during sales activities, providing SAP functional expertise and guidance
- Serve as the primary leadership contact for feedback and strategy around SAP execution models
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; accounting/finance education is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in SAP analysis, design, configuration, and implementation for large-scale projects
- Completion of at least 3 full SAP implementation lifecycles, including at least one in a senior or lead role
- Deep expertise in configuring and implementing BRIM/SD and FI-CA modules within ECC and S/4HANA environments
- Strong background in Finance/FI-CA integration with in-depth knowledge of at least one of the BRIM/SD domains
- Extensive experience in SAP configuration and integration across S/4HANA On-premise and Cloud environments, including Finance, BRIM/SD, and MM modules
- Demonstrated capability to design and document solutions, including Functional Specifications, use cases, and advanced technical flows to align stakeholders
- In-depth understanding of tax integration processes with ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination in SAP landscapes
- Proven ability to work with and influence both technical and non-technical audiences, defining and driving business and technical requirements
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, processes, and priorities in fast-paced SAP environments
- Proficiency in SAP FI/CO modules beyond FI-CA integration, with experience in designing cross-module integration strategies
- Track record of solving complex problems in SAP ecosystems, specifically in BRIM/SD and tax integration scenarios
- Experience in developing scalable training materials, best practices, and team enablement strategies for SAP-related teams and customers
- Experience with organizational change management to promote the adoption of new SAP systems and processes
