Lead SAP FICO Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Lead SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, implementation and support. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, design solutions and ensure successful system integration.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions
  • Configure and customize SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders)
  • Support SAP FICO module implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing end-user support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and supply chain departments
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)
  • Understanding of financial processes, IFRS, and local accounting standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Nice to have
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP FICO certification
  • Experience with ABAP debugging and FIORI apps
  • Knowledge of SAP Business Partner, Credit Management, and Treasury Management
