We are seeking a seasoned Lead SAP Consultant specializing in Finance, HR, and Business Support to join a dynamic team within a large food retail organization.
In this pivotal role, you will focus on supporting and enhancing the SAP ECC suite and SAP SuccessFactors platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and continuous improvement of finance and human resources systems.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between IT and Accounting/Finance departments to translate business needs into technological solutions
- Provide daily functional support and application administration
- Contribute to solution design, configure systems, and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with peers to integrate functionalities across applications and modules
- Proactively identify and propose enhancements to business processes and systems
- Adhere to standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in maintaining the SAP ECC6 platform
- Partake in the regional implementation of financial systems using SAP

- Minimum of 4 years of prior experience with SAP, ECC6 preferred
- Proficiency in SAP Financials, Controlling, Project System, Financial Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of ALV reports, SAP Query, Report Painter/Writer, POWL
- Expertise in ABAP Objects, Data Dictionary, Workflow Development, LSMW
- Hands-on experience with SAP SRM and SuccessFactors modules is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with SAP RE/MM/PM/SEM modules is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft solutions including Office, Project, Visio
- Effective presentation and meeting facilitation skills
- Capability to work abroad depending on project requirements
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies (SAFe) and hands-on experience with agile tools (Atlassian)
- Ability to travel within Europe up to 10% depending on project needs
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
