Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing through WYSIWYG templated email editors
- Design and implement email templates and content blocks for consistent and engaging campaigns
- Build and optimize marketing automation workflows within Automation Studio
- Create and optimize effective journeys in Journey Builder, leveraging cloud pages and data extensions as entry points with decision splits, emails, and exit strategies
- Build and manage cloud pages and lead forms to support new patient acquisition and paid media initiatives
- Manage data integrations to ensure accuracy and integrity of data across SFMC and backend systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical errors related to SFMC and platform configurations
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure API integrations and batch file uploads operate efficiently within SFMC
- Analyze and evaluate key campaign metrics, providing actionable insights and distributing results to key stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Drive the optimization of customer engagement strategies using data-driven decision-making and reporting
- Manage the overall administration and configuration of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
- 5+ years of extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in HTML and flexibility to use WYSIWYG editors for template development
- Background in marketing automation platforms, building journeys, and creating cloud pages within SFMC
- Competency in data management, including data integrations, API integrations, and batch file uploads
- Understanding of campaign performance metrics, data-driven marketing insights, and delivering actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams
- Showcase of experience resolving technical errors and managing platform configuration issues
- Familiarity with designing lead forms and custom data extensions to drive campaign goals and improve customer acquisition
- English proficiency at a B2+ level
- Qualifications in paid media campaign support through SFMC cloud pages and automation workflows
- Expertise in advanced API integrations or additional certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with advanced database management tools and segmentation strategies
