We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (AMPscript) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying marketing and email campaigns, including personalization and dynamic content across different Marketing Cloud Studios. You will also design and configure journeys using activities within the Journey Builder to deliver multi-touchpoint campaigns post-thorough testing.

Additionally, you will develop and deploy A/B testing strategies to roll out the control version to be used in the final email campaign and maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including troubleshooting, naming conventions, list management, etc.

Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy marketing and email campaigns across different Marketing Cloud Studios
- Develop email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
- Create and associate different Data extensions to campaigns
- Design and configure journeys using activities within the Journey Builder
- Develop end-to-end solutions for complex campaigns to deliver personalized customer communications
- Use automation studio for performing actions such as imports, extracts, and SQL query activities
- Deploy A/B testing strategies and maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms
- Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on AMP script
- Support and build API integrations between marketing cloud and external systems
- Mentor and coach junior team members and conduct training programs
- 8-12 years of overall experience in IT/Salesforce with at least 6+ years of relevant experience in building solutions on the SFMC platform
- Experience with one or more leading marketing automation vendors like Adobe Experience (former Marketing) Cloud, Pega marketing Solutions, Unica
- Prior experience implementing full cycle projects in SF Marketing Cloud
- B2+ English level proficiency
