We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to spearhead our large-scale implementation project, focusing on developing an MVP for the Cox Automotive Mobility business cycle.
This role demands expertise in Salesforce solutions, encompassing configuration, customization, and technical design tailored to drive successful integration and functionality.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to project requirements
- Create detailed technical designs to guide the implementation process
- Take ownership of Salesforce configuration and customization to meet business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and seamless integration with other systems
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Ensure compliance with best practices in coding and system design

- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Primary Clouds, including configuration and customization
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a fully remote environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring teams
- Solid knowledge of integration patterns and best practices in Salesforce
- Proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certifications in Salesforce development or architecture
