Lead Salesforce Data Cloud Developer

We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to drive the development and implementation of scalable data solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires leadership in designing data pipelines, optimizing data harmonization strategies, and ensuring actionable insights for business applications. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and configuration of data sources within Salesforce Data Cloud for efficient data management
• Architect and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines to integrate various data sources into Data Cloud
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy through effective data harmonization techniques, including the creation of Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs)
• Define and implement identity resolution rulesets to unify customer profiles across multiple datasets
• Develop advanced calculated insights using formulas, joins, and aggregations across Data Cloud objects
• Design and manage customer segmentation strategies for targeted marketing and personalized customer experiences
• Drive data activation strategies across Salesforce platforms and applications to maximize business value
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives

• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• 6+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
• Strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform and enterprise data management
• Expertise in all aspects of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data harmonization, segmentation, calculated insights, and activations
• Proven experience leading data projects and mentoring technical teams
• Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL tools
• Salesforce-related certifications (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) preferred
• B2+ English level

• Salesforce Data Cloud certification
• Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and data governance best practices
• Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and data transformation tools
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations
• Familiarity with cloud-based data processing technologies and architectures
