Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and configuration of data sources within Salesforce Data Cloud for efficient data management
- Architect and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines to integrate various data sources into Data Cloud
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy through effective data harmonization techniques, including the creation of Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs)
- Define and implement identity resolution rulesets to unify customer profiles across multiple datasets
- Develop advanced calculated insights using formulas, joins, and aggregations across Data Cloud objects
- Design and manage customer segmentation strategies for targeted marketing and personalized customer experiences
- Drive data activation strategies across Salesforce platforms and applications to maximize business value
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- 6+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
- Strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform and enterprise data management
- Expertise in all aspects of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data harmonization, segmentation, calculated insights, and activations
- Proven experience leading data projects and mentoring technical teams
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL tools
- Salesforce-related certifications (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) preferred
- B2+ English level
- Salesforce Data Cloud certification
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and data governance best practices
- Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and data transformation tools
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations
- Familiarity with cloud-based data processing technologies and architectures
