We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to lead our team in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive data integration and management solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
The ideal candidate will ensure top data quality, accuracy, and accessibility while providing technical leadership and guidance through data architecture, cleansing, and enrichment processes.

Responsibilities
- Design data architecture using Salesforce Data Cloud to create a consistent view of customer data across multiple systems
- Lead best practices for data modeling, quality checks, and data governance
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and establish data quality metrics
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data
- Monitor and improve data quality, and collaborate with data stewards to resolve data issues
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Implement data-driven solutions via Salesforce Data Cloud for insightful business decisions
- Mentor junior data engineers and developers on Salesforce Data Cloud practices
- Optimize the performance of data pipelines for efficient data processing

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, including understanding of its features, APIs, data modeling, and integration capabilities
- 1+ years of pertinent leadership experience
- Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes along with data warehousing and quality techniques
- Skills in SQL and knowledge of Apex for Salesforce integrations
- Capability to understand and convert business needs into technical data solutions
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
- Experience with SQL and Salesforce Apex
