We are looking for a proficient Lead Release Support Engineer to help our internal release pipeline for various applications.
This position is essential for ensuring applications are released efficiently and effectively, offering an optimal experience for our framework team clients.

Responsibilities
- Address various challenges that occur during the release cycle, including troubleshooting and collaboration with pertinent teams
- Oversee dependencies across multiple projects and teams to secure timely and successful releases
- Manage release operations, including scheduling, allocating resources, and liaising with stakeholders
- Create and sustain release calendars and schedules to maintain alignment across teams
- Observe and control risks that could impact release scope, schedule, and quality
- Perform release readiness reviews and milestone reviews to comply with release governance
- Lead release meetings and distribute release status updates to all stakeholders
- Provide support after release and collect feedback to improve future releases

- 5+ years of experience in release management via Google Play and App Store
- 1+ years of pertinent leadership experience
- Skills in software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and reliability are critical
- Fluent English communication proficiency at a B2+ level
