We are looking for a Lead React Native Engineer to make our Georgian team even stronger.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Technologies

Responsibilities
  • Lead/supervise development group
  • Be responsible for the project's layer delivery, including the scope, time and quality
  • Conduct Interviews on a Project performs On-Boarding & adaptation of newcomers
  • Be responsible for delivery of the project part (quality, scope & time)
  • Communicate with on-site / peer architects (builds bridges between team members and other project stakeholders)
  • Drive Project Processes/Architecture Enhancements (Able to suggest and prove complex technical decisions to the customer/team)
  • Plan and organize project events and meetings

  • At least 5 years of relevant development experience and expert knowledge of at least one technical area (Android, iOS, cross-platform)
  • 1+ Year of playing a Lead Role on a project
  • Expert knowledge of at least one technical domain (mobile/backend)
  • Experience participating in several projects covering different phases of the development lifecycle
  • Ability to follow and understand a defined software development process
  • Experience in mid-size team leadership (5+ people), clarifying requirements, removing impediments and blockers, spending time on managerial activities is nice to have
  • Ability to read and understand project and requirement documentation, create the design, technical and project documentation, including high-quality documentation of their code
