We are currently seeking a Lead Quality Engineer - Test Data Management with 8-12 years of IT experience in TDM (Test Data Management). In this role, you will be responsible for enterprise-level TDM implementation using products such as Informatica TDM, Broadcom TDM, IBM Optim, GenRocket, or Delphix.

• Lead enterprise-level TDM implementation projects using industry-standard tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and map test data requirements
• Utilize expertise in Service Virtualization tools for effective test data management
• Provide database expertise in RDBMS and NO-SQL, implementing SQL programming for data solutions
• Lead and support service virtualization and service mocking initiatives
• Develop and maintain test data solutions using scripting languages like Python or Perl

• 8-12 years of IT experience in TDM (Test Data Management)
• Enterprise-level TDM implementation experience using products like Informatica TDM, Broadcom TDM, IBM Optim, GenRocket, Delphix, etc
• Proficiency in Service Virtualization tools like Mountebank, Parasoft, Broadcom LISA, WireMock, etc
• Expertise in RDBMS and NO-SQL databases, with experience in SQL programming like PL-SQL or T-SQL
• Ability to gather test data requirements and map them to technical solutions
• Experience in service virtualization and service mocking
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or Perl
• Good communication and collaboration skills essential for effective teamwork

• Experience in building logical and physical models (non-production)
• Experience in schema maintenance, archival/backups, database refresh, etc
• Understanding of industry domains like Healthcare, Insurance, BFS, etc
