We are looking for an experienced Lead Python Developer to spearhead our development team at a renowned, California-based multinational technology company that excels in consumer electronics, software, and online services. The primary objective is to lead the development of our cutting-edge software workflow automation system, which aims at revamping and enhancing internal tools and systems.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of a custom Python application
- Architect robust software solutions, focusing on integration architecture and design systems, to meet project requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, setting project timelines and delegating tasks effectively
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for software quality and reliability
- Manage AWS services to deploy, manage, and optimize applications
- Lead the design and development of Web UI using ReactJS and ensure seamless integration with backend technologies
- Oversee the integration of PostgreSQL databases into application solutions
- Ensure the team adheres to defined software architectural styles throughout the development process
- Drive the development of workflow automation solutions to enhance system performance and user adoption
- Identify system issues, lead troubleshooting efforts, and implement strategic solutions
- Foster a collaborative, innovative work environment and maintain effective communication across cross-functional teams

- 5+ years of experience in Python development
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in implementing custom Python applications
- Strong background in PostgreSQL and familiarity with AWS
- Comprehensive understanding of software architectural styles, design systems, and integration architecture
- Extensive experience in developing Web UI; proficient with modern JavaScript frameworks, including ReactJS
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and capability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Superior communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Skills in ReactJS
