We are seeking an accomplished Lead Python Developer to enhance our energetic team.
In this role, you will have a central function in conceptualizing, crafting, and sustaining innovative Python apps. This position allows you the chance to draft pure, reusable, testable, and effective code while also working in partnership with multidisciplinary teams and keeping abreast of the latest developments in the industry.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

- Engage in the design, development, and maintenance of Python applications
- Author pure, reusable, testable, and effective code
- Work together with multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize, design, and launch novel features
- Address debugging, troubleshoot issues, make adjustments, and perform unit testing on software
- Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends and technological advancements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of Python development experience
- Demonstrated history of leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Expertise in designing and developing frameworks utilizing Python
- Background in utilizing common stacks with flexibility to use agile and CI/CD pipeline
- Proficiency in working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB
- Understanding of web servers like Apache and qualifications in container technology like Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Familiarity with DevOps platforms such as GitLab
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to debug complex technical issues
- Prior experience in the FX industry would be beneficial
